1. Why this, why now

I’ve been blogging since 2005 and I’ve been sending mails to mail from mailchimp since 2018.

unfortunately blogging at some point became obsolete and readers become more active on facebook and then instagram (and so did I). but I’ve missed the idea of having a space out of the *meta* world to write and tell my community what’s going on.

and sending my newsletter with mailchimp feels to much corporate to me. and I don’t want to use it anymore.

so I’m migrating here on substack… let’s see how it will go.

2. We know each other already… but I wish to really meet

I wish to share with you, as usual, all the things that make me grow as a human AND as a worker in the arts. I feel this space as my living-room and it’s like I’ve invited you to have a cup of coffee with me to tell you what I’m loving those days. hopefully you’ll like it here and you’ll stay to tell me about you too.

I WILL ALSO DEFINITELY ADD AUDIO CONTENT IN THE FUTURE… I mean, a newsletter how can listen instead of read? I mean… a sort of podcast would it be cool?

3. If you’re new to my online presence

I’m a TransMan AND Mother of a teen. I’m Italian but I’ve been living in France for 22 years (since I actually was 228)

I’m into self narration, graphic journaling classes on zoom, tattooing, creating silly merch… and in here I will keep you posted about my discoveries. it would be great to post once a week I know that a week goes by fast and sometimes (ADHD fault) I forget things that aren’t in plein sight. So let’s say I will be writing you -for now- from 1 to 3 times a month if it’s ok with you.

I will be giving Graphic Journaling tips and video sometimes (but there’s still the Graphic Journal Club on Patreon for this) + I’ll be talking about tattoo dates or my gender journey updates + I will also share everytime I’ll do some new cool arty merch because I’m a prints and tshirt’s fan

5. I feel like the first day in a cool school, all is new and even if it may seems scary it is actually exciting

and it smells nice the brand new crayons.
